Mark is a graduate of Indiana State University. He currently splits his time between Brokering Commercial Real Estate and managing his communities. Mark owns and operates 9 manufactured housing communities consisting of 494 lots. With his aggressive approach in purchasing, renovating and reselling repossessed homes, he has been able to upgrade the communities and cash flow. Historically he has been able to maintain at least a 93% occupancy rate. Mark's experience in the Manufactured Housing business has set him apart from other Commercial Broker's. His service after the sale helps new buyer's get through the learning curve of managing a community for the first time. Tammie came to Wisely Commercial Realty in 2008 with almost 10 years of Property Management/Bookkeeping experience. Since coming to the company her experience has helped to grow the business. When she started the firm owned/managed 5 mobile home communities and that has grown into 9 communities. She also helped in managing Bank Receiverships and preparing them for sale. She continues to grow in the business and obtained her Real Estate License in 2011.
